Currently, Wu is working with many multi-national companies with a focus on Asia/Greater China. He sits on the board of several joint-ventures in China, including serving as the vice chairman of Shanghai Baokang Electronics (A JV majority-owned by Shanghai BaoSteel, No. 211 of Fortune Global 500). He is also on the board of Ssi China (JV with Super Systems Inc. of Cincinnati) and Shanghai Q-Capital Investments (an energy management contracting fund in Shanghai). In the early 90s, Wu helped co-found PatchLink Corporation (now Lumension Securities). At PatchLink, he was responsible for the development of the overall business plan, competitive analysis, market research and product positioning, as well as helping its two rounds of investment. Wu graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BS in Computer Engineering from UC San Diego and holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley.
